Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel a FiscusFlow subscription at any time through the billing flow used for purchase. If you subscribed through Google Play, manage cancellation from your Google Play subscriptions page. If you subscribed through an in-app payment provider, use the in-app subscription controls where available or contact support.

2. Effect of Cancellation

• Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current billing period.
• Paid features usually remain available until the end of the paid billing cycle unless the billing provider or law states otherwise.
• Deleting the app or uninstalling it may not automatically cancel an active subscription or mandate.
• After cancellation or expiry, your account may move to the Free plan and premium features such as cloud sync, premium reports, or AI tools may become unavailable.

3. Trials and Introductory Offers

If a trial or promotional plan converts to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged, subject to the billing provider’s terms.

For cancellation assistance, contact info@finasstcorp.com. Include your registered email, purchase channel, and subscription reference if available. For security, do not send OTPs, card PINs, or banking passwords.
