By downloading, accessing, or using FiscusFlow, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to use the app and enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

FiscusFlow is a budgeting and finance tracking application that may use SMS parsing, local-first transaction storage, cloud sync, budgeting, savings, goals, loans, credit card tracking, and AI-driven insight features.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access. You are also responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of FiscusFlow is also governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and processing of data described there, including supported financial SMS-derived data where relevant.

6. Subscription & Payments

FiscusFlow offers free and paid plans. Subscription payments may be processed through Google Play, Apple, Razorpay, or other supported payment providers. Pricing may change with notice. Failed payments may interrupt access to premium features.

7. Advertising

Free users may see advertisements. The company is not responsible for the content, legality, or transactions associated with third-party ads.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or introduce malicious content or harmful automation into the app environment.

9. Disclaimers

FiscusFlow provides informational insights only. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee perfect SMS parsing or classification accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect losses, financial losses due to reliance on app-generated insights, third-party payment failures, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

11. Termination

The company may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, India.
