1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using FiscusFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the EULA, and any additional in-app terms shown for specific features. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FiscusFlow is lawful in your location.

3. Service Description

FiscusFlow is an Android-first finance companion app for personal finance tracking, SMS-assisted transaction detection, alerts, budgets, credit cards, loans, recurring payments, goals, reports, widgets, and AI-assisted summaries. Features may vary by device, plan, operating system, app version, permission state, and regional availability.

4. No Financial, Tax, Legal, or Investment Advice

FiscusFlow provides informational tools and summaries only. It does not provide banking, brokerage, investment advisory, tax, legal, insurance, credit, lending, or accounting advice. You should verify important information with official financial institutions or qualified professionals before making decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account, phone, PIN, biometrics, and email secure.
• Review app-generated records, alerts, AI summaries, and parser results before relying on them.
• Do not enter OTPs, banking passwords, card PINs, trading passwords, or other secrets into the app unless a specific trusted system field requires it.
• Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with the service.

6. Permissions and Device Limitations

Some features require Android permissions such as SMS and notifications. Background processing can be affected by device manufacturers, battery restrictions, auto-start settings, network availability, and operating system behavior. FiscusFlow cannot guarantee that every SMS, alert, widget value, or notification will be processed in real time.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

FiscusFlow may offer Free, Basic, Pro, trial, introductory, monthly, yearly, or promotional plans. Prices, plan names, features, and availability may change. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the billing provider’s rules. If you buy through Google Play or another app store, that store’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules may also apply.

8. Ads and Third-Party Content

Free or trial experiences may include ads or third-party links. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, websites, products, or transactions. Review third-party terms before interacting with them.

9. Accuracy and Availability

SMS parsing, AI summaries, categorization, duplicate detection, due-date extraction, exchange-rate conversion, market-rate display, and reports may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The app is provided on an “as available” basis and may change, pause, or discontinue features.

10. Intellectual Property

FiscusFlow, its design, logos, software, text, workflows, models, and related materials are owned by or licensed to FISCUSASSIST CONSULTANT PRIVATE LIMITED. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app according to these terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail payment, or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FISCUSASSIST CONSULTANT PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial losses arising from use of the app, reliance on app outputs, missed reminders, parser errors, third-party failures, or service interruptions.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact info@finasstcorp.com.
